Therapeutic Massage - Lawrence Muhammed
My name is Lawrence Muhammad and I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2005. My goal is to help you have a relaxed and pain free body. I use a combination of deep tissue, Thai massage and Chinese acupressure (tui na) to perform treatments customized for your condition. I specialize in sports- related body aches and injuries. I also perform relaxing treatments for conditions caused by stress, including overall body tension, headaches and low energy. I am looking forward to helping you have a happy and healthy body.

Reiki - Deirdre Pullins
My name is Deirdre Pullins and I am a Reiki Master/Teacher. I consider myself the vessel and Reiki the healer. I invite you to experience a session of this ancient art of hands on healing with me. I hope that you will consider allowing yourself to be the recipient of this unique Energy healing. I know that you deserve it; in fact, we all do. Sharing this Reiki energy is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words, Rei which means "God's Wisdom" or "Higher Power" and Ki, which means "life force energy". So Reiki is actually spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of hands on healing that increases energy, reduces pain, and promotes deep relaxation. A session feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including mind body spirit and emotions creating many beneficial effects that include feelings of peace, security and well-being.

Reflexology- Shakeila Thomas

Reflexology is a relaxing, non-invasive complementary therapy. It is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs and other structures of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems in a natural way. Reflexology uses different massage and pressure techniques to relax and loosen muscles in the feet and hands. This application of pressure to precise points creates a change in the body by improving ones circulation, reducing tension in the body, and enhancing relaxation. It also aids in the elimination of body waste and restores body functions to better health.

According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, stress accounts for approximately 75% of all doctor visits. While reflexology is NOT a medical treatment, it is recognized as an effective method of stress management. It is primarily a relaxation technique and can negate the effects of stress while it helps the body to relax. It can assist with treating a wide range of conditions including:

  • · STRESS RELIEF
  • · Constipation
  • · Muscle Tension
  • · Relieves Pain
  • · Headaches
  • · Sinusitis
  • · And Much More!!!

Shiatsu - Tim Wang

Shiatsu (from the Japanese word "shi", meaning finger, and "atsu" meaning pressure) is a form of therapeutic massage with roots in Chinese medical theory dating back over 2500 years. Using the basic principles of acupuncture, Shiatsu operates on the understanding that our health, both physical and emotional, is a reflection of the condition of energy flowing through the body in pathways called meridians. During a Shiatsu treatment, energy imbalances (either excesses or deficiencies) are identified and relieved through focused pressure applied to specific points along the meridians. With the use of direct pressure, localized kneading, and stretches, Shiatsu opens both the physical and energetic body.

To receive Shiatsu, you wear loose, comfortable clothes. No oil is used. The work is applied at your comfort level and should never be painful.

After a session, you can feel more relaxed, sore tight muscles can be looser, and you should feel energized. Amongst other things, Shiatsu is good for mental stress, physical tension, muscular knots, lower back pain, sore necks, and general relaxation. Regular sessions are a great way to improve and maintain your health.
