Hatha yoga is a 5000-year-old science that originated in India. It seeks through practice of the asanas and pranayamas (poses and breathing exercises respectively) to balance the duality of forces within man's nature. Its desired outcome is physical, mental and spiritual harmony.

- - Hatha Yoga (Mixed Levels)
New poses are added that make the class more challenging than the beginner’s class. Poses and breathing techniques from the previous level are reviewed and strengthened. This class is not appropriate to beginners.
Kundalini Yoga Kundalini yoga classes are a dynamic blend of postures, breathing, chanting and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation. Kundalini can be translated as "that which is coiled", referring to the idea that the full potential of our life energy is coiled at the base of one's spine. With practice, you can strengthen and increase your energy flow and this can help balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system and enable us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions. Balancing body and mind enables you to experience self-clarity which you can access in any situation in your daily life. No previous experience in yoga is required.
